2) Share about a “purpose and passion” that you believe God has called you to pursue to make a hope impact.

Text Questions:

1) Acts 12:20-25 What ministry outside the church walls that plays a part in spreading the Word of God are you grateful to help through serving, praying, and/or giving?

2) Acts 13:1-12 Share about a time you fasted and prayed for someone in ministry or a time you rebuked someone in love who was “full of all kinds of deceit” regarding Christ.

3) Acts 13:26-33 & Acts 13:38-39 What Old Testament prophecy about the Messiah (“they had carried out all that was written about him” v. 29) specifically encourages you and fills you with hope?

4) Acts 13:42-52 Possession of eternal life involves both human faith and divine appointment (“all who were appointed for eternal life believed” v. 48). Discuss this biblically and how this truth brings hope.

5) Acts 14:1-7 Why do you think people you know reject hope, refuse to believe, and poison minds against the biblical message of God’s grace (verses 2 and 3)?

6) Acts 14:8-20 How has God taught you about hope and humility (“we too are only human, like you”) as it pertains to helping others “turn from these worthless things to the living God” (v. 15)?
