SPIRITUALLY DEAD
Pastor: Jesse Bradley Series: Immeasurably More Scripture: Ephesians 2:1–10
READ EPHESIANS 2:1-10
The Gospel is that Jesus died for our sins and rose from the grave. Jesus saves us by His grace.
We don’t earn a place in heaven.
We have all sinned and fall short of God’s glory. We deserve separation from our holy God. We don’t contribute anything to our salvation. We are saved by faith alone in Christ alone. God’s mercy is greater than our rebellion. God demonstrates His love by sending His Son, Jesus, who paid the full penalty for our transgressions.
We were dead in our sins but made alive through Jesus.
esus is the resurrection and the life. Paul brings gospel clarity in the significant section of Scripture. God has uniquely and wonderfully designed each of us in His image. We are masterpieces, created with love by our heavenly Father. God has called us to spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth. There will be people from every nation in heaven. Jesus saves.
